ABOUT AINHOA
I make violins, violas, cellos and other stringed instruments. Natural from Bilbao, and loving crafts, art and music from a very young age, I found in violin making the perfect combination of all my passions.
I graduated at the Bilbao Violin Making School in my home city in 2021.
I completed my education by doing some workshop practice with Asier de Benito (early musical instrument maker in Valencia, Spain) and Anxo Cabreira (violin restorer and maker in Vigo, Spain). Thanks to an Erasmus+ grant I was able to deep in violin making in Iceland with Hans Jóhannson.
Now I make violins, violas and cellos in my workshop, both modern and baroque.
